30 Day MILF-Up Challenge: Squats, Pushups and Planks. OH MY!!!



Sometimes inspiration hits me and I should REALLY just ignore it...

Like this morning at 8am when I got this CRAY-CRAY idea to create a 30 Day Fitness Challenge that involves torturing my body by forcing it to do three exercises I am currently THE SUCK at.


Squats, pushups and planks. OH MY!!!


This all came about after I stepped on the scale today. I can't believe how close I am to being back in the 130s! 13 pounds have now melted off my body since starting my nutritional cleansing journey a little over 30 days ago. 


I haven't felt this comfortable in my own skin in a long ass time. Maybe not even EVER.


I'm feeling strong. I'm feeling healthy. I'm feeling GRATEFUL.


Apparently all that gratitude also made me lose my em-effing mind because I am going through with this challenge to tone up the slimmer me.


I've committed to it - but not only have I committed to it, I've also asked a shitload of other ballsy people to commit to it.


There is literally no turning back now because there's even a 30 Day MILF-Up Challenge Facebook Group with actual members in it that I'm responsible for leading into the danger-ously-sore-zone and holding accountable.

I've made it SUPER easy for you to sign up for the torture and have a reason to curse at me in the not-so-distant future.


All you have to do is follow the above challenge schedule from November 1st 2013 through November 30th 2013.


And because I am sooooooo awesome I'm going to go easy on you us....


You can breakup your SQUATS and PUSHUPS throughout the day and modify them however you'd like to make this challenge work for you, as long as you complete all the moves each day during the challenge!


Please don't split your time for the planks, though - that exercise should be done once a day for the length specified.

Have a knee injury, but still want to participate in the SQUAT portion of the challenge? Here is a link to check out some modifications that could work for you: Alternative To Traditional SQUATS

As for the PushUps, I'll be doing the girly ones and I'm completely okay with that because it's still a challenge for me and my gooey biceps.
